REAL MADRID icon Raul donned Tottenham colours in training today… but the legendary striker isn’t planning on a return to the pitch.
The 40-year-old was put through his paces by Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino as the Spaniard looks to complete his professional coaching badges.

Uploading two pictures of the ex-Los Blancos marksman in action, Tottenham tweeted: “We welcomed legendary Spanish striker @RaulGonzalez to Hotspur Way today, who took in training as part of his professional coaching badges.
Lilywhites supporters were quick to express their disappointment, urging the club to swap him for flop Fernando Llorente.
One fan said: “Announce Raul to replace Llorente pls (sic).”
While another quipped: “Would certainly be an upgrade on Janssen or Llorente.”

Raul – who banged in 323 goals for Madrid between 1994-2010 – is undergoing a six-week course to earn his Uefa A and B licences.
It is believed the three-time Champions League winner will take over as youth team boss next season – his first steps towards managing the senior side.

And should he get the job in the near future, he could eye up Spurs forward Harry Kane, after he waxed lyrical over his abilities in February.
He said of the 24-year-old at the Laureus 2018 World Sport Awards: “I don’t know if he wants to change or if he has the opportunity to change, but I think he is doing well.
