FORMER Chelsea star Ramires admits he wants a Stamford Bridge return.
The 30-year-old left London in 2016 for a £25million move to Chinese Super League outfit Jiangsu Suning.
Chelsea had just appointed Guus Hiddink as interim boss following the departure of Jose Mourinho.
But it seemed that Blues chiefs were happy to cash in on a player who was a fan favourite due to his industrious efforts in the centre of the park.
Indeed, many argue that Ramires would have been a perfect midfielder for Antonio Conte in his 3-4-3 system alongside N’Golo Kante.
Chelsea are now struggling to qualify for next season’s Champions League after a run of defeats, with the likes of Tiemoue Bakayoko, Danny Drinkwater and Cesc Fabregas all struggling to cover ground while providing support for the attack and the defence.

“I know the doors at Stamford Bridge will always be open to me and that wearing their jersey again would be spectacular.

“There’s been lots of talk about Inter, but nothing concrete has come my way, at least until today.
“Everyone knows Inter are a great club and that playing in Europe again is a wish of mine, but for now I’m thinking about helping Jiangsu have a great 2018.”
