Premier League fixtures 2016-17: Chelsea face West Ham on opening day of season… fixture list in full

ANTONIO CONTE’S first game as Chelsea manager will be a tough opening day clash at home to West Ham.

Conte takes charge at Stamford Bridge once he has finished with Italy’s Euro 2016 challenge in France.

And he faces a baptism of fire on the opening weekned – a London derby against big rivals West Ham who the Blues failed to beat last season.

Slaven Bilic’s side visit Stamford Bridge on August 13, a year after they secured a shock opening game victory over Arsenal last season.

But if Conte can get a good result against the Hammers, the fixture computer has presented a good chance for Chelsea to make a quick start to the season.

The seconds game is also local, this time a trip just north of London to Watford – before a home game against newly-promoted Burnley.

A trip to Swansea is next up as Chelsea are handed the opportunity to make a fast start to the season with a new-look squad.
