Paul Scholes backs Manchester United to finish in the top four AND win the Europa League

But they also have to face Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City away in the Premier League, while leaders Chelsea are set to be welcomed to Old Trafford.
Scholes said: “If they can perform anything like they can I think they have a great chance of winning it.

“I think Lyon are maybe obvious contenders to United but apart from that I don’t see too many problems for them in that competition.”
Mourinho has been battling for credibility at United after failed regimes of Louis van Gaal and David Moyes, but his side are unbeaten in the league since their 4-0 humiliation to Chelsea in October.
Scholes added: “I expect them to finish fourth, they have been on a fantastic run without making much progress in the league.

"But you have to say that now the quality of the Premier League is back to where it should be there are four or five teams, probably five, are fighting for that top four.
"[Mourinho] will be given loads of time I think. He's had to consolidate after a difficult couple of years.
"He's managed to do that and he'll want to kick on now.
"He won't be happy with finishing fourth or fifth in the league.
"He'll want to be up there trying to win the league and I believe in the next couple of years he will desperate to do that."
