Paul Pogba to Manchester United: Juventus must buy midfielder a £4.5million house after world record Old Trafford switch

MANCHESTER UNITED have finally completed the signing of Juventus star Paul Pogba for an astronomical fee that comes to around £109million.

However not all of this money has gone directly to the Serie A side themselves – with some surprising clauses that many would never see coming.

First, the Italian giants have been forced to make the massive £22million payment to agent Mino Raiola who brokered the world-record deal.

Next, Juventus owe five percent – roughly £1.5m – of the price tag to Pogba’s previous clubs Le Havre, Torcy and Roissy-en-Brie.

Unsurprisingly, United will not see any of that cash.

But most incredibly, according to Yahoo, Juve have agreed to a sensational clause which means they must buy Pogba, 23, a new £4.5million HOUSE in Manchester.

All of which means that, in reality, the Italians will only bank about £62million – £13m LESS than they spent on Gonzalo Higuian.

Before Pogba moves in though, he will be staying at the Lowry the Hotel in which all of United’s new signings stay.

Manchester United have had a busy summer even before the arrival of Pogba signing the likes of Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan both of which enjoyed a stay at the prestigious Manchester hotel.

Perhaps the biggest name though, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, left after an hour as the hotel is not equipped with a swimming pool.
