PAUL POGBA is set to miss Manchester United’s clash with Liverpool today after failing to report at the team hotel last night.
SunSport reported yesterday how the Premier League’s most expensive player suffered a gash to his leg in training on Friday.

And the Frenchman failed to show at the team’s base at The Lowry hotel in Manchester with his fellow team-mates last night.
He was set for a fitness test this morning ahead of the 12.30 kick-off at Old Trafford.
Pogba, 24, has forced his way back into the team after getting axed for the Champions League clash against Sevilla last month.
Mourinho also has Ander Herrera out with a hamstring problem and while Marouane Fellaini is available, he has just returned to training.

The Special One wanted to start £89million Pogba against bitter rivals Liverpool in Saturday’s early kick-off.
Mourinho recently hit back at pundits who have criticised Pogba’s performances.

“So they are giving opinions like they have solutions for everything but is not like that.
“But they are in a position where they can give opinions about everything, sometimes I read and listen, sometimes I don’t.
“This week I was more focused on enjoying Champions League and Europa League and preparing my match than be focused on opinions.”
Pogba is without an assist since January 15 and has failed to find the back of the net since scoring against Newcastle in November.
