PAUL POGBA is one of the most flamboyant footballers, on and off the pitch, in the Premier League.
Yet this new look he sported during the pre-match press conference for the Anderlecht game was more “geek chic” than glam.

The £89million Manchester United man was snapped wearing a pair of £580 Dita Union glasses, according to The Times, and braces on his teeth.
It was certainly fashion twist on his usual look, but seen as though it was the Frenchman’s first press conference since re-joining the Premier League side, he clearly wanted to make an impression.

With his mammoth £292,000 a week wages at Old Trafford, he doesn’t have to worry about misplacing his glasses – he could buy a new pair every 20 minutes.
Rival fans have mocked the playmaker for going missing in big games and ex-United defender Rio Ferdinand has told him to reduce the fun and games and concentrate on work.
But Pogba has no intention of changing anything – apart from maybe his luck after hitting the crossbar nine times this season – whatever people say about him.

Before the Europa League clash with Anderlecht, he said: “People are judging me on not scoring goals. People talk about the mountain of the transfer.
“People say, ‘Pogba should score goals, Pogba should do this.’
“My job is to be a midfielder, make the game, do some assists. If I was scoring the goals that hit the crossbar I don’t think people would speak.
"We can forget about the fee. It’s in the past."
