NORWICH CITY have been slated on social media after they released their new third kit for next season.
The Canaries revealed the white, yellow and green kit has gone on sale – it could certainly fit into SunSport’s hall of shame.

Made by Italian firm Errea, the kit has received a strong reaction from fans of all clubs, with many saying it looks like ‘bird poo’.
It is on sale at the club shop from £48.
The kit is inspired by the home kit the team wore from 1992-1994, which was also likened to bird poo.
Steve Balmer-Walters, Head of Retail at the club, told the Norwich website: “This season’s third kit pays homage to the famous 1992-94 kit.
“We really wanted to replicate this iconic kit using a white base to give the third kit a distinctive look.
“I hope the fans really enjoy the kit as much as we have enjoyed designing it.

“The design of the 1992-94 kit has definitely divided people’s opinions over the years, but it’s still one of the most recognisable Norwich City kits, so we wanted to create something similar.”
However, Balmer-Walters may be surprised to learn that the kit didn’t get the best of reactions on social media…
Luckily for these angry fans Norwich rarely need to trot out their third kit during the course of the season.
Burton Albion are the only other team in the Championship that play in yellow – although the Brewers play in yellow and black (Norwich’s away kit is black), meaning the bird poo kit could be on show when the Canaries visit The Pirelli.
