NEW ORLEANS SAINTS and Atlanta Falcons go head-t0-head on Thursday Night Football in a crucial NFC South clash.
The Saints’ combination of high-octane offence and shut-outs on the road has seen them emerge as one of the NFL’s great entertainers – winning nine of their last ten matches.

They travel to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium to face the Falcons – last year’s beaten Super Bowl finalists – who can fire themselves back into the play-off picture with a win.
Quarterback Matt Ryan has struggled to find the consistency he showed last year, with his side beaten 9-14 by the Vikings last time out.

What time is kick-off?
THIS match will be held under the roof in the impressive new 71,000 seater Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Kick-off is at 1.25am UK time on Friday, December 8.
Which TV channel can I watch it on?
YOU can watch all the action live on Sky Sports Action and Main Event in the UK.
Coverage will start at 12.30am, so get the coffee ready.
Alternatively, you can watch the match on Game Pass – where you can stream full coverage from your browser.
Amazon Prime users are also in luck, as you can catch the game live through your computer or Fire Stick – along with every other TNF for the remainder of the season.

What are the play-off implications?
A SAINTS victory will give them a huge chance of qualifying from the NFC South for the first time since 2013 – but they will be relying on results elsewhere.
There are so many different permutations, but defeats for the Panthers, Cowboys, Lions and Packers will definitely see them through if they can tame the Falcons on their home turf.
If they lose to Atlanta though, things get blown wide open going into the final few weeks of the season.
This is a huge game.

What are the latest odds?
WITH the match showing great potential to be a shoot-out, predicting the outcome is far from straightforward.
Currently with Sun Bets, the Saints are a 10/11 shot to win.
You can get the exact same price on the Falcons – it’s that tough to call.

What is the team news?
MARK INGRAM is officially listed as questionable with a toe injury – but should suit up to partner rookie star Alvin Kamara in the backfield.
Tight end Coby Fleener was placed on injured reserve last week after yet another concussion, with Josh Hill getting the start again despite his fumble issues against the Panthers.
The Falcons have a fairly clean injury report, with Devonta Freeman set to continue as starter following his return from the concussion protocol against the Vikings.
