BLACKPOOL striker Nathan Delfouneso has been taken off on stretcher after clash of heads with Lewis Page.
The injury caused an eight-minute delay as Charlton defender Page was also withdrawn.
Delfouneso has been taken to hospital for further checks as the teams play the second half.
Charlton headed to Blackpool needing a win to kick-start their promotion bid.
The Addicks started the season well but have fallen out of the play-off places in recent weeks.
