BOTH Annie Power and Faugheen have suffered setbacks which has ruled them out of a run this weekend.
Willie Mullins’ two hurdlers had been entered in the Morgiana Hurdle but did not feature among the declarations.
Mullins told The Irish Field: “Annie Power worked badly during the week and will be checked out over the weekend. Faugheen has a foot bruise.”
Annie Power missed the start of last season through injury and was drafted in as a late substitute for the injured Faugheen at Cheltenham last season.
Future plans for both of them have yet to be decided.
