Monaco 4 Lille 0: Leonardo Jardim’s side all-but win the Ligue 1 title thanks to goals from Radamel Falcao and Bernado Silva
MONACO edge even closer to securing the Ligue 1 title after comfortably thrashing Lille at home.
Radamel Falcao broke free in the Lille penalty area to nod home a terrific cross from Thomas Lemar from the left flank to hand Monaco the lead on six minutes.

Bernado Silva then put league leaders in control after he tapped in a low-cross after Kylian Mbappe sensationally toyed with his opponent before teeing up his team-mate.
Falcao bagged his brace after Lemar chipped the ball over to Mbappe who crossed it first time to the forward, who volleyed in the third, as the ball did not touch the ground.
Things went from bad to worse for the visitors in the dying moments of the game as Lemar’s teasing low-cross was turned in by Junior Alonso.

PSG needed to match Monaco’s result to maintain a very slim hope of retaining their title and they enjoyed a goal rush at Geoffroy Guichard, whose crowd paid tribute to coach Christophe Galtier, leaving after eight years in charge.
PSG’s goal difference of +56 compared to Monaco’s +73, however, means that there is virtually no chance for Unai Emery’s side to leapfrog the principality side.
