NEW Middlesbrough boss Tony Pulis has his side on a roll – if two wins on the bounce are anything to go by.
Actually, in such a roller-coaster season for the side relegated from the Premier League that’s pretty good going.
Boro beat north-east rivals Sunderland 2-0 in the FA Cup last time out and will fancy moving into a play-off place with games against QPR, Sheffield Wednesday, Norwich City and Reading after the Fulham showdown.
Fulham lost to Southampton in the cup but are on a four-match unbeaten run in the Championship, hammering Ipswich 4-1 for the third of their victories during this spell.
Ryan Sessegnon scored twice that day and remains a top target for both Premier League and European clubs in the January transfer window.
Middlesbrough are two points better off than their rivals at this stage and lie one place outside of the play-offs.
