Mathias Pogba, the brother of Manchester United’s Paul, signs for Dutch side Sparta Rotterdam

MATHIAS POGBA, the brother of Manchester United’s world record signing Paul, has joined Dutch side Sparta Rotterdam.

The older sibling of the world’s most expensive player was released by Scottish side Partick Thistle just hours before Mathias signed for his new club.

With one sibling breaking the record books to sign for Jose Mourinho’s side, the other was scrambling to find a new team.

Less than four weeks ago, Paul completed his stunning £89million transfer to Old Trafford and looks right at home just four years after leaving for nothing.

But the same can’t be said about Mathias.

The 26-year-old is now playing for the seventh club of his career following spells at the likes of Wrexham, Crewe and Crawley.

Although the duo don't share the same talent on the football pitch, they both have share outrageous haircuts with Mathias sporting a half blonde, half black look.

The forward scored just twice last season and has failed to start a match this campaign.

And his brother's stats are somewhat an improvement with four Serie A titles, two Coppa Italia's and a place in UEFA's Team of the Year.
