Marseille fan Kamel Zaroual scores against Toulouse from kick-off as a reward for his fundraising efforts for local charity
Zaroual had taken part in a charity bike ride to raise funds for disadvantaged children in Marseille and was being honoured by the club for his actions.
He cycled 2,000 kilometres - from Arles to Amiens and then back.
Referee Benoit Millot told him to pass the ball back into his side's half, but he decided to go one better.
He sprinted the length of the field with the ball at his feet, before slotting the ball past goalkeeper Alban Lafont in sublime style.
His shirt flew over his head as he celebrated in front of the crowd, before he broke down in tears.
The French side's boss Rudi Garcia even capped off his display with a hug, before the fan left the field.
