MANCHESTER UNITED will look to offload Luke Shaw this summer after the defender failed to convince Jose Mourinho of his qualities.
Reports claim the Special One has been left distinctly unimpressed by the English left-back this season despite trying to sign him for Chelsea.

Shaw is yet to play since the 4-1 EFL Cup win over West Ham in late November, and was criticised by his boss after the 3-1 defeat to Watford a month before.
Shaw also left Mourinho smarting after making himself unavailable before the 3-1 win against Swansea with a slight injury worry.
And it seems the 21-year-old has now run out of excuses at Old Trafford, with the Independent claiming Shaw will be transfer listed at the end of the season.

It’s said Mourinho has become ‘frustrated’ by his lack of development and is ready to do business with former side Chelsea and top four rivals Tottenham.
A number of senior players are said to have had words with Shaw over his progress and he is now expected to be sold to make room for a new left-back.

The report adds that United are also confident of landing Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid after verbally agreeing a deal with the player.
Griezmann has allegedly given his approval to a lucrative salary and prospective shirt number, although United are concerned that Atletico will play hardball due to their current transfer ban.
