MANCHESTER UNITED are bidding to snap up Scottish wonderkid Matthew Knox.
The 16-year-old Livingston striker made his senior debut for the first team last season, six days after his birthday, and is now wanted by a number of clubs across the Premier League, including Jose Mourinho‘s men.

The teenager is yet to play any action in League One this season, following Livingston’s relegation at the end of the last campaign.
But he made three sub appearances in the League Cup that ended in the group stages with a 2-1 defeat to Hamilton Academicals.
Knox has been an unused sub for two league matches this season, the comfortable wins over Stranraer and Airdrieonians, but his reputation is already big enough for United to be after his signature.
Mark Warburton’s Glasgow Rangers have already had a handful of meagre bids rejected by Livingston, with one coming in at just £75,000.

The biggest young talent north of the border has already spent time training at Carrington with Mourinho’s side.
But he has also visited Liverpool, Tottenham, Everton and Nottingham Forest in recent months as a move looks imminent and Livingston prepare to cash in.
Proud Scotsman Sir Alex Ferguson would love to have a compatriot at the club and he could still play a key role in luring the youngster to Old Trafford to play under the stand named in his honour.
