And whilst Da Cruz spent 30 minutes picking out items, a distracted Martial showed off his best mannequin challenge impression by standing in the shop window as shoppers walked past.
The pair then walked out together carrying several bags before heading back to their modest Smart Car.
Martial answered his manager’s criticism after scoring the opening goal at Turf Moor on 21 minutes before teeing up Wayne Rooney as Jose Mourinho’s side kept up the pressure on a top four finish.
The 21-year-old’s welcome return to form could prove a timely boost for the Red Devils.
