Mkhitaryan can be seen stood by his £70,000 Mercedes C3 AMG handing over a £5 note from his wallet.
The 28-year-old looked likely to be hit by a £60 parking ticket for leaving his motor on double yellow lines.
But as a traffic warden approached, Mkhitaryan hopped into the car and left.
Mhkitaryan had just enjoyed lunch at Manchester’s plush Italian restaurant San Carlo – famous for its Tagliolini Lobster – before the incident.
