JUVENTUS have confirmed they are yet to receive offers for reported Manchester United target Paul Pogba.
The France international has been linked with a sensational big-money return to Old Trafford just four years after being released on a free transfer by Sir Alex Ferguson.
New Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho is looking to bolster his ranks with some of Europe’s finest talent and apparently wants Pogba to spearhead the club’s revival next season in a world-record transfer after Euro 2016.
However, United appear to be lagging behind Real Madrid in the race for Pogba’s signature, with agent Mino Raiola revealing that talks with Los Blancos are already underway.
He said: “We are in the first stage of the negotiations. Paul admires Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane, and that will obviously be important towards his decision.”
But despite Raiola’s admission, Juventus are adamant they have not been made an offer for Pogba’s services yet.

Chief executive Giuseppe Marotta said: “We have not received any offers [for Pogba].
“He is a fundamental player for the present and the future of Juventus.”
Meanwhile, the Serie A champions expect to finalise the signing of Barcelona right-back Dani Alves next week.
The Brazilian has confirmed he will be leaving the Nou Camp this summer after eight years alongside Lionel Messi and Co.
But teammate Javier Mascherano and Valencia’s Andre Gomes are unlikely to follow him to Turin despite being high on Max Allegri's wish-list.
Marotta added: “Dani Alves will be in Turin at the beginning of next week, but at the moment both Andre Gomes and Javier Mascherano look like utopia for us.”
