Jose Mourinho will begin his Premier League Manchester United reign
Mourinho was sacked as Chelsea boss back in December, with the Blues – then the defending champions – languishing in 16th place in the league.
He has made one new signing for United – bringing in the defender Eric Bailly for £30m from Villarreal.
Mourinho said of the 22-year-old Ivorian defender: “Eric is a young central defender who has great natural talent. He’s progressed well to date and has the potential to become one of the best around.”
