CLAUDIO BRAVO will battle to show Pep Guardiola he is ready for a baptism of fire at Old Trafford on Saturday.
The Manchester City boss has the option to blood £72.8million of new talent in the derby against United — with Ilkay Gundogan and Leroy Sane training again.

But new £15.4m keeper Bravo has yet to train with the first team since moving to the Etihad two weeks ago. He was given time off to tie up loose ends in Spain and move his family to England during the international break.
And since coming to Manchester he has been working in the gym rather than training with his new team-mates.
Pitching him in to such a high-profile game with so little time to get to know his defenders would be a major gamble.

City boss Guardiola will also be aware Bravo, 33, must try to win the fans over after replacing the popular Joe Hart. So he may prefer to stick with Willy Caballero against Jose Mourinho’s men.
But German duo Sane and Gundogan are likely to be in contention.

Sane, 20, picked up a hamstring problem soon after his arrival from Schalke but the winger is now fit.
Midfielder Gundogan, 25, is over the dislocated kneecap he suffered in his last few weeks as a Dortmund player.
