MANCHESTER City will consider a cut-price £10m deal for Joe Hart at the end of the season – but NOT to a Premier League rival.
The 29-year-old is contracted at the Etihad for another two seasons on £120,000-a-week.

City are willing to let him leave on the cheap abroad after nine years service to the club.
But if a cash-rich Premier League side was to swoop for him, Pep Guardiola would be looking for more than £20m.
A Manchester City source said: “The club want to recognise his long years of admirable service.
“He fell just a year short of his testimonial, where he would have been honoured. He has had a great career here.”
The England goalkeeper – currently on loan Torino – is owed around £11.5m in unpaid wages.

The Italian side want to keep Hart, but can't afford more than £10m in a permanent deal.
City are subsidising the majority of his wages at Torino, where he is enjoying his football, but not known whether he wants to stay.

Hart admitted last week his Etihad career was over and he will be leaving at the end of the campaign.
He said: "I don't think City are going to be standing in the way - if somebody really wants me, then I'm probably going to be made available.
"So it will be about talking and working out what is next and what the best move is for whichever club that might be be for myself."
