WEST BROM and Stoke City will battle it out for £12million-rated Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph.
The England international is surplus to requirements at the Etihad and will be allowed to leave after just two years at the club.

The Baggies and Premier League rivals Potters have already enquired about the 27-year-old’s availability.
The valuation placed on Delph by the Citizens saw them hold fire on making a bid.
However, according to the Telegraph, both clubs retain and interest in the star.
Delph still has over three years left on the contract he signed following his £8m move from Aston Villa in 2015.

Due to this his value remains high and City are reluctant to sanction a loan move.
They believe his reputation is still intact despite an injury-hit season that saw him make just 13 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side.
The Spanish coach is determined to overhaul his squad this summer and is setting about that task quickly.

He has already forked out £43m to snap-up Portugal international midfielder Bernardo Silva from Monaco.
And City confirmed the signing of Benfica goalkeeper Ederson earlier today.
Willy Caballero, Jesus Navas, Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna have all left the club following the expiration of their contracts.
