Manchester City tell West Ham and Newcastle that Joe Hart is not available for loan deal
MANCHESTER CITY have told Newcastle and West Ham they are not willing to let Joe Hart go out on loan.
The England number one is due to report back for pre-season training at the Etihad on Monday.

And he does so knowing he is surplus to requirements for Pep Guardiola.
City are looking for a permanent deal for their long-serving keeper, 30, rather than another temporary arrangement.
They are believed to want around £18 million for Hart – who earns around £120,000 a week.
Enquiries have come in from both Premier League rivals so far this summer – but only for a loan switch.
And City believe both the Toon and Hammers have the resources to come up with the necessary funds to buy him outright.
Hart was allowed to go on loan to Torino last season – but that was mainly due to the lack of options available in late August.
