MANCHESTER CITY have been fined £35,000 after admitting a breach of the Football Association’s anti-doping rules, the governing body has said.
Clubs are required to provide accurate details of training sessions and player whereabouts so they are available for testing at all times.

On three occasions within a year, City failed to inform the FA about the whereabouts of their players on THREE separate occasions.

The regulation broke was 14(d), and that states “if the information is either initially inaccurate or has not been updated as necessary to ensure it remains accurate”.
Meaning that City may have failed to update the FA of changes to their training sessions, their location as well as their home addressees of their stars.
They must log the changes to the FA, allowing drug testers to make alternative arrangements.
There is no indication City stars have missed drugs tests.
