FEARS are growing at Manchester City that academy starlet Jadon Sancho wants to leave the Etihad.

The 17-year-old is attracting interest at home and abroad and could soon depart.

Despite his tender years, he has already impressed Citizens boss Pep Guardiola with his talents.

And he has already trained a number of times with the first-team squad.

Guardiola was keen to get the exciting forward tied-down to a new three-year contract.

That still remains unsigned, and that has alerted Premier League rivals Arsenal and Tottenham.

Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig also have a concrete interest in Sancho, according to the Daily Mail.

The England Under-17 international is regarded as one of the most promising teen talents in the country.

City have high hopes for him, and that was underlined when talks began over a lucrative new deal.

However, despite his undoubted talent, the route into the City first-team remains challenging.

Guardiola has a number of attacking talents at the club.

And with their desperation to get back into the title challenge picture, plus Champions League aspirations, his chances of playing are slim.

Those concerns are understood to be the main reason behind his potential exit.

City will not let him go easily and will fight tooth and nail to keep the ace in Manchester.
