Manchester United and Portuguese giants Benfica were also chasing the up and coming 19-year-old winger, but City have reportedly done an £8million deal with his club, Atletico Nacional.

Gary Neville reveals the three players who he rates as the Premier League's top trio - but can you guess them?
He has played seven times for his country in his fledgling career and also holds a goal-scoring record for his club.
Moreno, who made his debut for Atletico as a 17-year-old, scored the fastest goal in the club’s history, after just 30 seconds, as they won the 2015 league title.

City boss Pep Guardiola will allow Moreno to experience European football out on loan
Moreno is unlikely to get a work permit in the interim, and City boss Pep Guardiola is likely to send the talented teen out on loan, most likely to Spain, next season.
