JAMES MILNER will not come out of England retirement for caretaker boss Gareth Southgate.
The on-fire Liverpool ace quit the international scene after Sam Allardyce was appointed Three Lions boss this summer.

But this season has seen him move from midfield to left-back.
And his form in the new position has had fans questioning his decision to quit playing for his country at the age of 30.
He has been banging penalties in for fun this season with three in the Reds’ last two wins — including the crucial second in the 2-1 win at Swansea on Saturday.
But following Big Sam’s sacking last week, Milner said: “I think I made the decision at the time that was best for everyone.
