The Reds valuation falls short of the Italian club’s who have already rejected a £28m bid .

Sky Sports reported that Liverpool will come back with another bid for Salah and if accepted his medical could be as early as Tuesday.
Reports suggested Salah was going to postpone a trip back to his homeland to speed up a move.
But he is not in the city today to finalise a move as he has posted a picture of himself in Egypt on Instagram.
