LIVERPOOL have been dealt a huge blow after Adam Lallana went off injured just five-minutes after coming on against Crystal Palace today.
The ex-Southampton ace was put on by Jurgen Klopp in the 64th minute, but hobbled off in the 69th after dropping to the pitch.
With the World Cup just around the corner, England chief Gareth Southgate could be left with a potential selection headache.
Lallana has just returned from a hamstring injury in recent weeks, and has just fought his way back to fitness.
