Webb became Orient‘s fourth manager this season on 29 January after being assistant to Andy Edwards who left to join the FA.
When the two previous bosses this term were in charge, Andy Hessenthaler and Alberto Cavasin, Webb was just a youth coach – but got a rapid promotion.

But the manager is believed to have had enough of Italian Becchetti telling him who to select in the starting line-up.
Webb, 33, like previous boss Kevin Nolan, has reportedly refused to co-operate and after a row, has walked out of the club, leaving players in the lurch and upset.

While Webb only won two of his 12 games games in charge, he was known to be popular in the dressing room – and just last weekend after they lost 3-0 at Crawley, spoke optimistically about the future, wanting to build the club from the ground-up again.
He said: “Instead of making excuses about what we’ve got, I’m thinking about the positives of what we’ve got and what we can add to for next season, if it’s in the National League or League Two.

“I’m doing my best to put a plan in place and I’ve got no assurances myself, so I feel a little bit hard done by in that sense.”

That was paid in the High Court, but now more creditors owed money by Orient have come forward - including a long-serving club photographer who had not been paid just £6,000.

Becchetti, who took over in 2014, had stopped putting money into the club and does not now attend matches - but by settling the tax bill, the club have managed to stave off liquidation for now.
But seemingly despite wanting to sell the club and walk away, Becchetti, who lives in a £20million Mayfair mansion, is still getting involved in team selection.

Riza could become the ELEVENTH person to take charge of a Leyton Orient team in the two years and nine months since Becchetti bought the club.
For context, the previous owner Barry Hearn went through just six bosses in the 19 years he had in charge at Brisbane Road before selling up.
