Lewis Hamilton risks rap from F1 bosses after ranting ‘This s*** is killing me’ in childish bunny ears Snapchat

LEWIS HAMILTON risks a dressing down by Formula One bosses for swearing on social media during an official press conference.

Hamilton spent Thursday’s media call to kick-off the Japanese Grand Prix sending Snapchat pictures to his followers from his iPhone.

Cleary uninterested in answering questions, the 31-year-old posted a selfie with a bunny-rabbit filter and wrote: “This s*** is killing me.”

When asked what he was up to, Hamilton said: “Just some snaps of us drivers, it’s quite funny. Hey man, we’ve been doing this a long, long time and it’s the same each time. We’ve got to keep adding new things to it.”

Hamilton also posted a video of what appeared to be his eyes and mouth superimposed onto the head of a pug dog, and a photo of Bradley Lord, Mercedes head of communications, with the caption: “Could this interview be any more boring.”

The defending world champion’s unprofessional antics are unlikely to please the sport’s ultra-strict rulers.

Previously Hamilton said: “The team got a message and told me to stop. You have to pay money for that and I accept that.”

Meanwhile, Mercedes say they have traced the fault of Hamilton's race-losing engine failure in Malaysia.

In Suzuka, Hamilton will revert to the engine he used in Singapore.

And Mercedes confirmed: "Our analysis has shown that Lewis' engine suffered a big-end bearing failure.

"This happened without warning after 618km and was preceded by a loss of oil pressure in Turn 15.

"For this race weekend, Lewis will revert to his Singapore unit and Nico will use his Malaysia engine."
