What a journey this is turning into for them. Monaco and Leicester will both be underdogs but they remind me of the Monaco side I played in.
We caused a few upsets too. Perhaps the most famous was beating Manchester United over two legs in 1998.
I remember people laughing when we drew United. We did not say anything but did a fantastic job to knock them out on away goals.
Henry managed a few upsets himself during his time at MonacoAFP
We drew the first leg in France 0-0 and then got a 1-1 at Old Trafford.
On paper, they should have murdered us but anything can happen over two legs. David Trezeguet nearly took the net off with our goal early on.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer levelled but we held on and even missed a couple of chances on the counter to wrap it up.
It was an amazing feeling: qualifying at Old Trafford. We were young, but you don’t think about where you are playing at that age.
You just go out and play with freedom.

Leicester were back to their best as they sent Sevilla packing from EuropeGetty Images
Leicester will have the same fearless approach going to Atletico. What an experience — when it’s all so new, you can just go out and express yourself.
Atletico are tough but Leicester beat Sevilla so why not believe?
Some were saying Leicester ‘only’ beat Sevilla. But ‘only’?
They are so strong. It was a fantastic effort.
Leicester backed up the fact they are English champions.
Jamie Vardy has been leading Leicester's revival from the frontGetty Images
Not many thought they would do it — including me — but it was the old Leicester we saw: desire, commitment, effort. All the things that made them successful last year.
Jamie Vardy was his snarling, in-your-face best. Wilfred Ndidi looks at ease in European football and Danny Drinkwater was on it again. But you have to give Kasper Schmeichel a lot of credit.
Often the strikers are singled out but without him they would have been in trouble.
It was not just his crucial saves but his leadership. He was constantly shouting encouragement, being positive, urging the team on. That’s tough to do when things are going against you.
Pep Guardiola is sure to lead Man City to some trophies after a mixed debut season in EnglandGetty Images
A lot of people were surprised that Monaco beat City. But I did say to be careful.
I wanted Monaco to win for obvious reasons but I also want Pep Guardiola to do well.
City will be kicking themselves. They had so many chances but if you don’t take them in Europe, you will get punished.
It typified their season. They create loads of chances, don’t take them and then ship costly late goals.
Pep will be seething but it’s his first year and not entirely his squad. Give him a year then judge him.
