SOCCER star Danny Simpson tried to keep his Valentine’s Day date secret – but she spilled the beans.
The randy footballer took Shelby Tribble – Miss Great Britain 2014-15 and who featured in The Sun’s Hot in The Sun bikini contest – to a Drake concert.
He treated her first to a dinner date at the trendy Novikov restaurant in London, and later spent the night with her at the lavish Ritz hotel nearby.
But love-rat Danny attempted to hide his latest squeeze by posting photos on February 14 with team-mate Riyad Mahrez and Jeffrey Schlupp, who last month left the Foxes for Crystal Palace in a £12.5million move.
The defender, in jeans, black t-shirt and a red-checked shirt tied around his waist, wrote on his Instagram account: “My Leicester Valentines lol.”
He would have got away with keeping his latest love secret had wannabe-WAG Shelby not taken to social media herself.
She couldn’t resist showing off her date with the Leicester star, posting a photo of her and Danny hand-in-hand outside the gig at London’s O2 arena.
The couple, holding a bright red heart-shaped balloon, looked smitten in the cosy photo.
Pictured in a daring black and white patterned dress with a zip from top to bottom, and thigh-high black boots, she called herself “lucky”.
Her 26,000 followers were treated to pictures of her at the O2 arena, including one of her boobs bursting out of her dress.
The following day Danny was spotted again with Shelby in his favourite celebrity hang-out Novikov in Mayfair.
One woman who may be furious at his Valentine’s Day tryst is long-term pal Yasmin de Christie, who the star met in Marbella last summer.
It was rumoured he has been inviting her to his home and that the pair have enjoyed numerous cosy nights in over recent months.
A pal of Shelby said: “Danny is a first class love-rat, but Shelby thinks she can change him.
“He might have got away with his Valentine’s Day date had she not spilled the beans.
“He’s in hot water right now but Shelby thinks it’s important people know they’re an item. She definitely regards Yasmin as a love-rival.
“He tries to keep several women on the go at once, but is busted now.”

He had been making moves on the first girl during his back-to-back 30th birthday celebrations.
