FORMER Chelsea and Arsenal star Lassana Diarra has reportedly gone on strike at Marseille in order to force through a move to China.
The troubled midfielder still owes former club Lokomotiv Moscow nearly £7million following a breach of contract.

And GFFN claims Diarra has told boss Rudi Garcia he is not prepared to play due to his financial situation.
But a bid was never made and Diarra now seems destined for a switch to the Far East.

Shandong Luneng are ready to offer the 31-year-old a lucrative contract which would allow him to make peace with Lokomotiv and move on with his career.
Diarra is hoping he can reach a mutual agreement with Marseille to terminate his contract.

The Chinese Super League transfer window remains open until February 26, meaning Diarra still has plenty of time to negotiate his exit.
