Juventus ‘pull out of Hector Bellerin race to pursue deal to land Manchester United outcast Matteo Darmian’

JUVENTUS have turned their attentions away from Hector Bellerin and will instead pursue Manchester United outcast Matteo Darmian, according to reports.

It could pave way for the Red Devils to replace the Italy international with Arsenal’s rapid right-back.

Bellerin, 23, could leave the Gunners this summer following a disastrous campaign for both club and player.

The Spanish international was involved in a bust-up with manager Arsene Wenger earlier this month after being dropped against Brighton, as SunSport exclusively revealed.

He has also unhappy at taking the brunt of criticism from supporters for a number of dismal Arsenal performances.

Reports have emerged that Arsenal would be willing to cash in should they receive an offer in the region of £50million.

Juventus are much more confident in bringing 28-year-old Darmian back to Serie A.

The former Torino and Palermo defender has made just 13 appearances under Mourinho this season having fallen behind Antonio Valencia in the pecking order.
