JURGEN KLOPP admits Liverpool do not have the spending power of their rivals.
But he believes his philosophy can triumph over finance to lure talent to Anfield.

Reds posted after-tax profits of £39million and all-time high revenues of £364m this week.
Of that, the new main stand that cost £115m brought in an extra £12m, while £50m is being spent on new training facilities.
Klopp said: “We are creating something everyone wants to be a part of. There are not 20 better teams than Liverpool.
“But there are a few. And if they pay the money, the player will think about it. We do it with the football we play, how we treat them.”

Boss Klopp has laid out £222m on players in his 2½ years in charge.
During the same time, Manchester United forked out around £100m more while Pep Guardiola’s bill at City for the period is in the region of £200m on top.

And Klopp said: “You can’t have 57 points if everything is wrong. A lot of things are really positive.”

New deals are set for 31-goal Mo Salah and winger Sadio Mane, while £48m Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita arrives next summer.
Klopp added: “We want to strengthen this team. We built a new stand, we’re building a new training ground and brought fantastic players. But if we don’t perform against Newcastle it will feel different.”
