Wigan winger Joe Burgess bagged a treble against Cronulla and still hopes to get another chance Down Under after under-performing with two Sydney clubsGetty Images
But Burgess, 22, is keen to show what he can really do Down Under after flopping during spells with Sydney Roosters and South Sydney.
He said: “I really wanted to give it a go over there and I was a bit disappointed with myself.
“Maybe I didn’t give it a chance but I can always go back, I’m only young.
“I’ve got time to go back but for now I’m just all for Wigan.”
Burgess wants to clean up domestically with the Warriors this season.
He added: “100 per cent this is why I came back. We can win four trophies this year.”
