After losing his form last season, alongside the majority of Aston Villa’s relegation squad, the winger has started the season in bright fashion bagging two goals in four starts.
And Grealish has spoken of his delight in signing a new contract.
Reported by Aston Villa’s official site, he said: “Everyone knows this is a club I love dearly – and it’s the place I want to play my football.
“Bodymoor Heath provides a great environment in which to continue my football education and to call Villa Park home is something I will never take for granted.

“We’re looking to return to the Premier League. I want to be a big part of that process and will be doing everything possible to make that a reality.”
Roberto di Matteo is under pressure to guide the recently relegated side back to England’s top flight at the first time of asking.
The club have spent around £50million – more than Spanish giants Real Madrid – on new players this summer including breaking a Championship record to land Jonathan Kodija for £15million.
Villa have only picked up five points from their opening five matches but will be hoping to surge up the table with victory over Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
