THIS is the moment Jean Meneses put himself in the Hall of Fame for one of the world’s worst dives.
The striker took an embarrassing tumble in the 85th-minute a match between Chilean side Universidad de Concepcion and Colo Colo.

What’s worse is that the referee fell for the dive and awarded a match-deciding penalty.
The gaffe led to Meneses team picking up three points after a team-mate scored from the spot to secure a 2-1 home victory.
Meneses flung himself to the floor in dramatic fashion and pretended to roll around in agony in a bid to fool the official.
Rival defender Oscar Opazo, who was accused of fouling the attacker, sparked protests but to no avail.

Universidad de Concepcion’s win helped them to fifth place in Chile’s top-flight league, just one place behind Alexis Sanchez’s former team Colo Colo.
And Meneses admitted he was “a little crafty” when he fell in the box.

He told local media: “We knew it would be difficult.
“They took advantage of their opportunity in the first half and we came out in the second half to look for a goal.

“Opazo touched me and you have to take advantage of the fact forwards can’t be touched in the penalty area.
“I was a little crafty and fell when I felt contact.”
League officials are expected to react to his admission by launching a disciplinary inquiry which could result in a maximum three-match ban.

Local sports reporter Rodrigo Sepulveda said: “It’s a joke, a complete farce. This is a dumb and childlike dive.
“The referee has to be punished and the president of the referees’s association has to be tough.”
