Injured Zlatan Ibrahimovic defiantly declares ‘giving up is not an option’ as he posts Instagram message of himself warming his feet in front of a fire after damaging knee ligaments
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC has promised to be back in football after declaring: “Giving up is not an option.”
But he posted an image of his two athletic-looking legs on Instagram propped up against his fireplace, with a defiant message.
He said: “I will go through this like everythings else and come back even stronger.

“So far I played with one leg so it shouldn’t be any problem.
“One thing is for sure, I decide when it is time to stop and nothing else.
“Giving up is not an option. See you soon.”
Jose Mourinho was non-committal yesterday when asked about Ibrahimovic’s prospects of staying at Old Trafford next season – or indeed ever kicking a football again.
