THE HUNGER of this group of players is huge as we look to wrap up a 3-0 series win in Australia.
Michael Cheika’s boys are a proud team so we know that to beat them for a third time in a row it will take another massive effort on Saturday.

It’s one more monumental push from the lads before we come home after a gruelling but throughly enjoyable tour.
None of us want to leave Australia with a defeat at the end of this historic month. We are desperate to finish things off Down Under with the clean sweep after superb wins in Brisbane and Melbourne.
Last week our Tuesday hit-out was absolutely full-on — this week it was taken up another notch again.
You can see it in everyone’s eyes that we want to finish the job off properly and that there is no complacency in the camp.
Touring is tough. It’s a big sacrifice to isolate yourself from your family and kids for such a long period of time in a high-stress and intense atmosphere.

And this week it has been vital that we haven’t let standards slip.
It’s not just on the training pitch that this group demands a lot from each other but off it too.
All the lads muck in to help make this team what it is and to keep our bond tight. It’s little things and the unnoticed things that often go a long way to creating that winning environment.
That could be anything from Elliot Daly sweeping the floor of our changing rooms at our training base in Coogee to Jonathan Joseph and Anthony Watson collecting the post-protectors after a heavy session.
Everyone chips in — it’s not just the youngest or most inexperienced guys doing it and it won’t ever be like that.

That’s right from me and the senior players such as Chris Robshaw, Mike Brown, Danny Care and James Haskell down to the young’uns like Kyle Sinckler and Ellis Genge.
No one is above cleaning up after themselves either.
I don’t want everyone just chucking tape around the changing rooms and leaving everywhere a mess when we go. Why should someone else have to clean up after us?
We’ve also moved around a lot in Australia and been in six different hotels in three different cities.
Getting all our stuff and training gear around is a big thing, so us players also help out our kitman with that.

You’d be surprised just how much stuff we have and it’s a pretty impressive operation all round.
It’s not like people have to be told to help out either, which is the way you want it.
You might not think stuff like this is that big a deal but to have that team mentality everywhere you go is crucial to success.
Everything in one way or another translates to what we do in a game.
If we all have each other’s backs and work for each other off the field, then I know when we go out against the Wallabies again I can rely on everyone to give their all for the shirt.
