2.05 – Mullen’s star bet (add to your betslip)
DOCTOR BARTOLO comes from a good hurdling family and has shown promise on his two spins over timber so far.
He was a good second on debut at Wetherby and improved on that in the same position at Newbury last time.
Kapdad has a similar profile but didn’t improve on his debut when third at Kempton latest. He should improve on that here.

DISTINGO was impressive when winning on his UK debut at Plumpton last time out. He flew away from his rivals there and there should be a lot more to come.
Jaisalmer also won at Plumpton latest and relishes give in the ground. He’s another on the upgrade.
ROTHMAN switched back to fences last time and did well to finish second at Kempton in fair company. He takes a drop back in distance here, which looks a smart move, and the track suits.
Gores Island didn’t fire here last time after earlier going close at Taunton. He’s quirky but capable enough on his day.
3.45
MINELLATILLMORNING improved a bundle on his handicap debut at Taunton last time and goes off the same mark as that was a conditionals’ race.
He had almost three lengths in hand despite idling late on and will be hard to stop. The Green Ogre has been running in better company without being disgraced and has place claims.

SHOCKINGTIMES is not one to rely too much on but he finished strongly to grab second at Leicester last time.
He’s still 8lb lower than his last winning mark over fences and there isn’t much strength in depth here.
Redmond put in a fair show to finish second at Southwell last time and is another to consider.
4.55
LOOKS FROZEN was asked to make up a lot of ground late on his bumper debut at Huntingdon last time out. He did well to finish third and should have learned from the experience.
