A HUGE brawl shamed and stunned French rugby as Grenoble’s Top 14 win over Brive turned into violent chaos.
Fighting spread to the sidelines and ended in three red cards.
And both clubs seem certain to be fined for failing to control their players after the flare-up late in the first half.
The punch-up erupted after the Grenoble pack fell apart following a powerful shove from Brive.
Tension quickly escalated and each team's forwards joined in.
Referee Sebastien Minery sent off Grenoble's Sona Taumalolo and Nigel Hunt, plus Brive prop Damien Jourdain at Stade des Alpes.

And only a few players stayed out of trouble completely.
Grenoble somehow held on to win 36-23 despite being down to 12 men for the last seven minutes after Ali Oz was sin-binned.
