GEORGE GROVES was able to give the thumbs up as he checked out of his Manchester hotel in a sling following his bruising win over Chris Eubank Jr win.
The Hammersmith bruiser could barely throw a punch in the final round on Saturday night after dislocating his shoulder in the 11th round.

However, Groves was able to eke out the victory in his World Boxing Super Series semi-final showdown against Eubank Jr.
He was spotted leaving his hotel looking in good spirits despite having his arm in a sling under his jacket.
Groves was even able to lift his luggage on and off the trolley as he prepared to head south.
At one point, he even turned to the camera to give the thumbs up and smile, despite his heavily blackened eye and crocked arm.

The Londoner left the ring on Saturday night with his left arm in a sling and went straight to hospital for a check-up.
His shoulder was popped back into place, leaving him as a huge doubt for the World Boxing Super Series final on June 2.
