GARY NEVILLE claims Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola’s side are far from the finished product.
The Citizens hit top gear earlier in the season to make themselves firm favourites for the Premier League title.

But after the wheels came off in recent weeks, former Manchester United star Neville claimed Guardiola should be concerned about his side’s lack of toughness.
Speaking at the MEN Business of the Year Awards, Neville said: “For City there are still question marks.
“They should have won the league within the last two or three years because they’ve had the best squad and, actually, to not win it in that time is a massive underachievement for them.
