FULHAM flop Kostas Mitroglou is the latest and strangest name to emerge as a crazy-money target for the Chinese Super League, according to reports in his native Greece.
The striker was Fulham’s record signing when he moved to Craven Cottage from Olympiakos for £12million in January 2014.

The striker was snapped up at the start of Rene Meulensteen’s brief and disastrous spell as manager that lasted just two and a half months.
Felix Magath took over in February and struggled to explain to why the striker was rarely fit and available to play.
In the five months he had to save the west London side from the Championship, Mitroglou started just one game and was sent on as a sub in another two.

The 28-year-old had no interest in playing in the second tier for Fulham so went back on loan to Olympiakos and started banging the goals in again.
The Greece international stayed out on loan for all of last season, too, scoring 19 league goals as he fired Benfica to the Portuguese title.
He also netting twice in the Champions League while Fulham battled against relegation to League One.

The Portuguese side bought him outright in the summer for around £6m, ending his woeful stay in England.
And now Tianjin Quanjian are considering paying his £38m buyout clause after their initial approach was knocked back.
The Chinese transfer window is open until February 28 so there is still a week for Mitroglou – or Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney – to cash in.
