FRANK DE BOER’S Inter reign is hanging by a thread as Vincenzo Montella revives rivals AC Milan.
Their contrasting fortunes dominate the Serie A headlines.

De Boer was linked with jobs at Liverpool, Tottenham and even Manchester United during his all-conquering years at Ajax between 2010 and 2016.
He was feted as the man at the head of a new generation of modern-thinking coaches.
But it seems he may be a goner just two months after going to Inter if he loses at Atalanta tomorrow. Only the lack of an immediate replacement would spare him.
Milan? They host leaders Juventus tonight. And Montella has them level on points with second-placed Roma.
After three straight losses De Boer clung on to his job after their edgy 1-0 home win over Southampton on Thursday.

Currently 11th, Inter are five points behind Milan and virtually out of the Europa League if they lose at Saints in 12 days.
De Boer is the EIGHTH Nerazzurri boss in six seasons since Jose Mourinho left after winning the Treble in 2010.
Milan, also in the wilderness since their last Scudetto in 2011, have had FIVE bosses since Max Allegri in January 2014.
But former Fulham striker Montella, a Roma legend, is the rising star of Italy’s coaches.
He will find out tonight how far his Milan side have come but with huge Chinese investment coming in it seems the good times are just around the corner for the seven-times Champions League winners.
Unlike their neighbours. Or should that be neigh-Boers!
