ATLETICO MADRID pair Kevin Gameiro and Antoine Griezmann were the stars of the show as France came from behind against Bulgaria to send a post Euro 2016 statement.
Hugo Lloris returned in goal whilst N’Golo Kante lost his place to Blaise Matuidi after complaining of fatigue – with Gameiro and Griezmann starting up front.

But it was the visitors who were on the front foot from the off, hassling the French at every opportunity and forcing an error from Manchester City’s Bacary Sagna, who gave away a penalty after his man had got goal-side.
Mihail Aleksandrov took it and although Lloris guessed the right way the ball smashed in off the post to the Bulgarian’s an unlikely lead.
It wasn’t to last long, as Les Bleus piled forward and got their rewards through Gameiro.

The ball was thundered across the six yard box and the Altetico forward leapt headlong to power a lovely header into the bottom corner.
France didn’t take their foot off the gas, and it was no surprise to see them take the lead when Dmitri Payet’s cross evaded everybody and flew into the net.
And it was three just before half-time, Griezmann given too much time to place his shot past Vladislav Stoyanov from 25 yards.

After the break, the game followed much the same pattern as the French continued to pile forward.
Griezmann got free on the right and laid a perfect cross into the path of club-mate Gameiro, who made no mistake from six yards.
